주요 업무
- Support the people agenda at Plant, with a focus on HR business partnership, talent acquisition, employee engagement, employee relations, and organizational change
자격 요건
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- Relevant HR experience, including hands-on HR experience in a manufacturing environment
- Solid HRBP/generalist experience, including hands-on recruitment
- Good knowledge of Korean labor laws and employment practices
- Strong ownership, learning agility and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively with both front-line associates and leaders
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Business-level English communication skills
우대 사항
- Experience in workforce planning, labor cost analysis in a manufacturing environment preferred
- Experience working in a multinational environment
